Food for Energy - Protein Balls

I have a problem with my sweet tooth.  My mouth waters thinking about cookies, and my heart jumps at the thought of baking. I have to balance the good those things do for my soul with the bad those things do for my hips, so I'm constantly looking for a healthy sweet.  Over the last few weeks I've been looking at Pinterest for recipes that will be good for my soul and hips.  I got stuck on a few I saw that were labeled to be healthy, sweet, and full of protein.  I combined a few of the ingredients and came up withe the Protein Balls below.

INGREDIENTS
 - 1/2 Cup Flaxseed
- 1 Cup Organic Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/3 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Organic Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 32 Organic Dark Chocolate Chip (crushed)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients, and mix well.

Use a spoon and roll mixture into small balls; this recipe should make between 35-40 balls.  Let balls sit for 30 minutes on wax paper then transfer to a container and store in the fridge.

Serving Size: 2 Balls
154 calories | 4 grams protein

What are some of your go-to sweet healthy recipes?  I don't think this girl could have enough of these on hand!
