I'm no expert at any of this, but there are a few things that have helped me stay on track and motivated that I thought I'd share with you.
Plan out your meals. Understanding what you need from the store, and being prepared keeps us from 6 o'clock eyes that scream take-out:)
Plan out your workouts. I put everything else on my calendar, why not actually schedule time to workout?! It gives me a feeling of commitment, and motivation to cross it off as done.
Also try to spice it up. I'm such a creature of habit. It is very easy for me to do the same thing every day, but this mentality it not beneficial in work-outs. Try something new!

Drink lots of water and take your Vitamins. I drink two of these shakes every day and can tell a difference in my energy level! It's a great way to get in my water and veggies!
Dress up to sweat. Sometimes just dressing the part helps get me motivated and eager to work my hardest.
Find a music list that makes you want to run, jump, and dance.

I'm having trouble staying motivated right now. I have been working out at home but, I think I've been doing that for too long. I really like the lululemon tank you pinned!
