Since January TV and I have been on the hunt for the perfect first home. We made our list of wants and needs, and worked with a Realtor to navigate through the options. We looked at a total of 4 homes and ended on one that was just what we needed. The house needs some love to bring it to 2012, but the bones are there and in great condition. Let the projects begin!
